Madar is an HR management platform for companies in Saudi Arabia. We bring attendance, shifts, leaves, requests and payroll into one place, so managers know what is happening in their teams and employees know their rights and tasks without having to ask.
What we build
We build company software and an employee app that work together. Employees check in, request leave and see their payslip from their phone, and managers and HR follow all of it from one dashboard.
We design it for companies that start with a small team and grow, and we put Saudi regulations at the heart of the calculations: Ramadan hours, work breaks, the annual leave balance and wage protection.
